THIRD PARTIES
We use third party couriers ( royal mail )when posting our items and cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen items in the post. This is the sole responsibility of the courier. We can provide proof that your order has been sent out via invoices and processing data. Refunds or replacement products will not be provided unless otherwise advised by a Vapourz representative.
Next Day Delivery - Terms and Conditions
Order Cut-Off Time
To qualify for next day delivery, orders must be placed and payment completed before 1:00 PM on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Eligible Days for Delivery
Next day delivery is available Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Areas
Next day delivery is only available for addresses within our eligible delivery zones. Remote or rural areas may not qualify.
Product Availability
All items in your order must be in stock and available for immediate dispatch to qualify for next day delivery.
Pre-order or backordered items will delay delivery.
Delivery Carrier and Delays
We use third-party courier services for next day delivery. While we strive to meet the promised delivery time, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to:
Adverse weather conditions
Courier or transportation issues
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
Other circumstances beyond our control
Changes and Cancellations
Changes or cancellations to next day delivery orders must be requested within 30 minutes of order placement. After this time, the order may already be processed for dispatch.
Charges
Next day delivery may incur an additional fee, unless otherwise stated as a promotion or free shipping offer.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. We are not liable for late or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided.
